"Lonely"..."Alone"...Two different things
Listen to the rhythm that the broken poet brings...

I fight...what I believe to be real
I write...what I perceive to be "feel"
My night...helps me deceive and conceal
My light...helps me receive and reveal

A salvation revelation, an epiphany once ignored
He who lives by the sword shall also die by the sword
A man once dead has had his life restored
Let my heart and mind be open to the teachings of the Lord

Very temporary is pain's fraudulent facade
Children become spoiled should One sparingly use the rod
and when my mind and heart fall apart, I can hear the world applaud
yet I'm to live in...never pray for...the presence of God

No one knows I'm crying when I'm crying in the rain
and no one knows I'm dying when I'm hiding all the pain
but love has shown two truth's that I hope to attain
To live is Christ...and to die is gain

I'll write my troubles in the sand, but carve my blessings into stone
I am in love with a love greater than torn flesh and broken bone
Before I'm burning I'm returning to the greatest love ever known
Christ knows I'm sometimes lonely but he never leaves me all alone

Clouds of grey will go away...silent raindrops, too
At times I'm writing rhymes of nights...lonely, cold and blue
but as the morning sun rises, God whispers assuring words so true
"No one will ever, ever, ever love you...more than I do..."

"Love"..."In love"...Two different things
Listen to the rhythm that the joyous poet brings...
